A VERY important part of staging events at the Museum is
the publicity to generate attendances. We are very lucky with the local press
who carry items about Museum activities. We also have a
network of Nantwich locations who will display one of
our posters for us.
Extra posters can be found in the Museum's main gallery (in the
Take and Display holder) for people who are able to
provide a display point - at their home, for instance -
or who live in a local village where the parish council
will display posters.
We also carry the posters on the website. If you
can display a poster, or can persuade the local council,
village shop, etc, to do so, please print off a copy or
copies and pass it to local outlets. No printer? Perhaps
you could download the poster to a memory stick which
you could pass to the person at the poster display
location or get it printed in an IT outlet.
Select the poster you wish to print (from the links below). While
regular 80gsm paper is fine, it will look even better if you
have some 120gsm thin card to hand.
The posters on the website
are PDFs and you will need
an Adobe
Reader programme to open them. If you haven't got
one, click on the panel, right, to download one. It is
free - and will come in useful for other applications.
The file is 35.5MB in size and will take a little while
to download, especially if you do not have Broadband.
Thanks for your help.
